Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for preparation and submission of store sales reports, deposits and balancing/reconciling over and shortages on a daily basis.

Ability to handle all closing procedures for store in an accurate and timely manner.

Handles all customer concerns and advises store personnel on how to handle issues as they arise.

Conduct in-store customer service and store operations training for all personnel.

Place inventory orders as well as verify and reconcile orders placed and received.

The store manager will be responsible for attending training seminars as requested.

Store Manager sets store goals and leads by example to exceed the goal.

Motivating personnel to learn more about the company and cross-train employees to take on additional responsibilities.

Perform training sessions as needed for all Achatz personnel. Enforcing all Employee Manual policies and procedures for store personnel.

Responsible for keeping the store fully operational at all times (i.e. organization, maintenance, etc.). Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:

This job requires you to be standing for long periods of time, and doing some bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, moving items and lifting of up to 50lbs.

May be required to work over scheduled shift in order to ensure all customers have been serviced and the store is closed down properly.

Cash handling. Customer Service. At least 2 years retail and/or food business experience.

Knowledge of formulating schedules within allotted labor percentages.

Proven dependability and leadership skills.
